I’d wanted to hold off on explaining the title of my dystopian novel about a near-future prison that innovates to become profitable by putting young convicts to work at hard labor on useful projects, and dirty jobs most free men don’t want to do.

But what does it stand for? In our near-future dystopian hard-labor prison, the warden and his team devised the acronym for their innovative program to make the prison profitable, unlike any other prison in the world. But you’ll have to read the book for the answer.
